Book Review: Jurassic Park by Michael Crichton

Image result for Jurassic Park by Michael Crichton    Hammond has completed a truly remarkable feat. He and his team of scientists have brought dinosaurs back from the past. They will be the world's greatest theme park. Could you just imagine walking around the legs of a giant herbivore or view a T-Rex devour a goat before your very eyes. What could possibly go wrong? Well when a greedy computer programmer shuts down the electricity and gates they are about to find out just how wild the Jurassic era was.
Dr. Grant and Dr Stattler as archaeologists who are finally seeing something that they can hardly even fathom. They can see the merit in the idea but can also agree with Malcolm, the mathematician, who states the park is bound for certain destruction. When the grid goes down they must find a way to survive the very dinosaurs they have studied for most of their lives.
First off this book is so much better than all of the movies combined. Although I can't help picturing the actors portraying the scenes within the book rather than the actual characters described. None the less the book is amazing and actually goes into detail about how the dinosaurs were made and how we achieved the needed level of science. Truly an amazing book and I cannot wait to start book two; which is currently on my desk.
This book is available on Amazon for $7.29 at https://amzn.to/2X7tMGx.
