Reason Why Behind on Reviews...if interested:

I want to start by saying I'm so sorry for how long it is taking me for reviews. My goal is always six months and while I am normally able to stay within or exceed this timeline I am dreadfully behind. At the time I accepted most of these books I also accepted over one-hundred others. Many of those I have finished, while others I am still working on, unfortunately. In addition to that during the last year my grandfather died, causing me to go on a reading hiatus. I bought a house, moved into said house, lost access to my computer, and am now pregnant and am very sick all the time having lost over thirty pounds. I'm considered high risk and sitting at a computer for long periods to write up reviews hurts. It's not an excuse, I just wanted to be transparent in why I am so behind on reviews.

  1. I'm so sorry to hear about your grandfather dying. That would knock anyone off kilter. Buying a house, moving, and becoming pregnant are also huge stressors, no matter how exciting they might be. Congratulations of the new house and the new life within you. I'm also sorry to hear of your illness -- morning sickness? You definitely have a lot on your plate! You definitely need some time to put your feet up and relax.

    1. Thank you so much for your kind words. It is sort of like morning sickness. Whenever I get pregnant I develop a condition called hyperemesis gravidarum. It is a super fun thing where I am sick throughout the entire pregnancy, have to be hospitalized for dehydration at least 4 times (if my last pregnancy was any indicator) and it is just generally hard to function as a human.
