a free book that I got at one point in time or another. I have a lot of Lili
Valente books in my account, but haven’t read a ton of them. I have enjoyed the
ones I have read, though. This book is more of a long prologue for Sparked. It
is 54 pages and most of the book is what happens in that above paragraph. I
really say much more than that about the story without giving everything away.
I will
say that I enjoyed that little snippet enough that I immediately downloaded
Sparked and read it. Jesse was a bit awkward, but it was adorable. Meanwhile
Sam is the reason girls end up crushing on their friends sometimes in the first
place.
